Day trip at Ngorongoro crater with First Class Africa
The team was very organized. Norbert ensured all the logistics ran smoothly. The requirements were communicated early enough for our planning. This ensured we were well prepared for the trip.
Sumptuous hot lunch was served and the refreshments were on point!
Our guide Gabriel was knowledgeable. Got to know a lot about animals and Ngorongoro as well. My interest on birds was piqued.
I will definitely choose First Class Africa anytime.

The driver - Gabriel was very good. The picnic lunch was five star. The attention to details was amazing.

Enjoyed my Day Trip to Ngorngoro Crater
Totally Enjoyed my day trip with my colleagues to Ngorongoro Crater. Our Guide Gabriel was really nice and kind. They also provided really good hot lunch! Big up to Nobert also for the good job in ensuring their clients get good service.

First Class all the way
My 10 year old son and I took a two week vacation to Tanzania. We spent our first week on Safari on the mainland, and the second week in Zanzibar. Our guides were excellent both places, paying close attention to my son. They made a private tour, incorporating elements specifically requested for my son. As things progressed anything that came up we wanted they adjusted for. The accommodations were amazing - stunning views, and excellent food. I’d highly recommend visiting Tanzania with First Class Africa, if you are looking for a first class experience. They definitely provide it.

Das es Salaam is a must see!
What a great experience! We learned a ton. Made it enjoyable for the kids too. Lots to see and do! Loved that we learned that we could get to Zanzibar from a quick ferry ride. Beautiful city with great people

Excellent experience
Went on recommendation from a friend and enjoyed the tour. Dar es Salaam is a fast growing city and I enjoyed the scenic views and stops. I'm not sure if I will get to visit again so I'm glad I did it.

Great tour, interesting and fun

Remarkable customer service and experience
We booked a Safari and beach vacation combo with First Class Africa. From the start, they were very responsive and communication was amazing. We've never been to Africa before so we were a little nervous. The minute we landed FCA was right there from the minute we left. We felt very well taken care of and received excellent service and support. We will book with them when we come back next year.

Amazing Tours with the Swahili architecture and culture. The spice tours & white sand beaches, simply unbelievable!
Our agent excelled in both listening and creativity. She understood that as first time travelers to Africa, we were excited to really experience the culture and spread our wings over a couple of connecting cities. We were greeted by friendly staff.
